Identification

The site rotacao.pt is operated by Pilar e Essência Unipessoal Lda, VAT 519560310, trading as Rotação, with its registered office in the district of Setúbal. Contact: [email protected].

Purpose

These terms govern use of the site. Service provision is governed by the service agreement signed between Rotação and each client, which prevails over the content of this site in case of divergence.

Nature of the services

Rotação provides operational and commercial services to the owner of an alojamento local property. It does not rent out properties, does not take guest payments, holds no alojamento local registration and does not assume the legal obligations of the registration holder.

The owner keeps their RNAL registration, their accounts on booking platforms, their invoicing to guests, their mandatory public liability insurance and the statutory reporting of guests.

Prices

Prices published on the pricing page are shown excluding VAT, at the statutory rate in force of 23 %. They are the reference rates applicable to new contracts as at the date of publication.

Estimates produced by the calculator are indicative and do not constitute a binding contractual proposal. Any price change applying to live contracts is communicated 60 days in advance.

Intellectual property

The texts, price table, guides and graphic elements of this site are the property of Rotação. Partial reproduction is permitted with attribution and a link to the source page.

Dispute resolution

In case of a consumer dispute, the consumer may refer the matter to the legally competent alternative dispute resolution bodies, and to the electronic complaints book at livroreclamacoes.pt.

The applicable law is Portuguese law.
