Data controller

The controller of personal data collected on this site is Pilar e Essência Unipessoal Lda, VAT 519560310, trading as Rotação. For any question about personal data, write to [email protected].

What we collect and why

We only collect what you send us through the quote request form: name, e-mail, phone, property area, property type, number of properties and, if you choose to write one, your message. We also record the page the form was sent from.

There is a single purpose: to answer your quote request and, if you go ahead, to prepare the service. This data is not used for newsletters or advertising.

The legal basis is pre-contractual steps taken at your request, under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

For how long

Quote requests that do not lead to a contract are kept for 24 months, so we can pick up the thread if you write again. After that they are deleted.

Where there is a contract, data is kept under the applicable accounting and tax obligations, for 10 years.

Who it is shared with

E-mails are delivered through SMTP2GO, routed via its European Union servers. Protection against automated submissions is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which uses no identifying cookie.

Audience measurement uses Matomo hosted on our own server, configured without cookies and with IP anonymisation. That is why this site shows no cookie banner.

We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to any third party for commercial purposes.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising, tracking or profiling cookies. That is why it shows no cookie banner: there is no consent to collect because there is no processing to consent to.

Audience measurement uses Matomo hosted on our own server, configured in cookieless mode with IP anonymisation. No persistent identifier is placed on your device.

The Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot widget, present only on the contact form, may set a temporary technical identifier strictly necessary to detect automated submissions. It cannot track your browsing across sites.

The site may keep purely local preferences in your browser, such as your chosen language. That data never leaves your device and is never read by us.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. Exercise them by writing to [email protected]; we reply within 30 days.

If you believe the processing does not comply with the GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), the Portuguese supervisory authority.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. The form is protected by per-IP request limiting and an anti-bot check. Quote request data travels by e-mail encrypted in transit and is not stored in any database on this site.
