Services for property owners
Rotação provides five services to the short-term rental owner: turnover cleaning from €48 excluding VAT, in-person check-in and check-out from €22, guest support, maintenance and repairs at €35 per hour, and revenue management from €79 per month. All prices are public.
Turnover cleaning
You are not there and you cannot check. That is exactly what this service solves: somebody goes in, photographs what they find, puts the property back in order and sends you the report before the next guest arrives.

Check-in and check-out
Some guests need to see a person. Families with children, larger groups, long stays and delayed flight arrivals. A key box solves access; it does not solve the first impression — or the real number of occupants.

In-stay guest support
A fault mid-stay turns into a three-star review if nobody answers. That is what this service prevents, especially when you are asleep in another time zone: somebody answers, somebody goes, and you are told.

Maintenance and repairs
A high-turnover rental wears out faster than a lived-in home. And when you live abroad, the real cost is not the repair: it is the flight, or the week blocked out while you wait for somebody to let a tradesman in.

Most of the income lost on a short-term rental is not lost on cleaning: it is lost on a badly positioned price in July and on a listing that does not answer the question the guest is actually asking.
