Price table
A turnover clean costs from €48 excluding VAT for a studio or one-bedroom and €60 for a two-bedroom. The operational monthly fee runs from €45 to €250 depending on the plan. Revenue management costs €79 to €289 per month, with commission from 18 % down to 10 %.

Commercial monthly fee and commission
Listings, pricing, guest replies and review management. Commission applies to revenue after deducting the cleaning fee, the tourist tax and deposits.

Both tracks together
Taking the operational and commercial tracks together cuts the operational monthly fee by 50 % and the commission by 3 points. Direct bookings stay at 8 %, which is a ceiling and does not stack with the discount.

Ativo plan, 7 turnovers, 3 in-person check-ins, 7 welcome kits and 2 hours of technical work, 1 of which is included in the plan.

Contract terms
- All prices are shown excluding VAT. The applicable rate is 23 %.
- Initial term of 6 months, then rolling monthly.
- Termination with 30 days' written notice.
- Invoice issued on the 1st of each month, covering the previous month.
- Payment by SEPA direct debit.
- Any price change is communicated 60 days in advance.
