Questions about the calculator
Is my data stored?
No. The calculation runs entirely in your browser, using the same function we use internally. Nothing is sent to the server and nothing is recorded. We do not ask for a name, e-mail or phone number to show you the result.
Is the calculator figure the final figure?
It is a reliable estimate, calculated with the price table in force. The firm figure depends on the property visit: condition, access, number of beds and bathrooms, and the actual turnover volume. For houses the figure stays indicative until the visit.
Why is the net cost lower than the total?
Because the cleaning fee charged to the guest is recovered by the owner. The net cost is the total including VAT minus that fee: it is what actually leaves your pocket, and it is the number to compare against your revenue.
What is Rotação 360?
It is taking the operational and commercial tracks together. The operational monthly fee drops by 50 % and the commission drops by 3 points. Direct bookings keep their 8 % commission, which is a ceiling and does not stack with the discount.
